I just felt that i have to post this.

Today i went out with my mum for a time of family outing that we had not done in a while.

We went to City Mall, that new Eco Shopping Centre at Farrer Road.

In 1 day, i experienced 2 funny working people's attitude. And i mean funny + weird..

1st..i walked pass this shop which sells like displays stuff..then both me and my mum saw this supervisor looking person scolding his employee, "Customer is always wrong!" and etc...

well both me and my mum was shocked with this phrase! OMG! this the first time i ever hear this thing! Normally i only hear, "Customer is always right" especially in a customer-based working enviornment. This is weird and funny! I am also not happy with the supervisor scolding and teaching his employee the wrong thing. No wonder the shop is quite empty..

So i went on with walking around the mall.

Finally, its end of the day and after my dinner, i decided to head to the shutterbus service and take the shutterbus back home. So i see the written Depature Time for it was 2025. So both me and my mum reached the shutter service at around 2015 - 2020. And we waited till 2025, the shutterbus arrive, BUT, the driver went for his break! OMG!

We waited till the next depature time, 2050!!! Yes, we were there, STANDING (no chairs), for more than 1/2 hour!

Then this security guard came and say sorry for keeping us waiting then i asked him, didnt the guide say 2025 is the departure time and now is already 2050. Then he replied, to take the 2025 shutter bus, i have to be here at 1945!

I am like "!!!" This is the 1st time ever, i hearing that inorder to take the shutterbus for 2025, i need to queue more than half an hour in advance to take the shutter service! OMG la!

This is waste of my time! i could use that 1/2 hour to shop! where the logic where you say the service depart at 2025, i need to be there more than 1/2 hr in advance to take it..shouldnt it be 2025, i can come like 5 - 10 min before its departure time to take it?

This is the best happening thing of the day!

i didnt know i encountered two incident in one day..so sian!

Think i will end of like that then..

need to rest for tmr's church..
